Christmas and New Years in New Zealand in Business Class!  Air New Zealand's Business Premier is an outstanding product, not very available on awards, and the holy grail for Christmas and New Years holiday travel.

Denver to Bangkok and Phuket in First Class, including Thai Airways first class departing from Bangkok (includes a complimentary visit to the first class spa and VIP immigration) and a visit to Lufthansa's First Class Terminal in Frankfurt.

Turkish Airlines First Class from New York to Bangkok via Istanbul, returning in Swiss First Class.

And the two most recent bookings for myself:

Cathay Pacific First Class to Hong Kong, Manila, and London, with the return across the Atlantic in British Airways First Class.  I've already been offered the Presidential Suite at the Intercontinental Manila.

Washington DC to Hong Kong in All Nippon Airways First Class, spending a night at the W Hong Kong before continuing on to Saigon in United's new First Class.  While there I stayed on points in a suite in the towers section of the Sheraton.  Then flew to Bangkok in Lufthansa first, before continuing up to Chiang Rai.  On the way back it was Thai Airways first class to Hong Kong, Asiana to Los Angeles via Seoul in First Class.
